Sister-in-law and her kids?

she has a 1 yr old and 1 due next week and they are both boys and i heard from her sister that shes gonna keep trying till she has a girl. shes 22. and her husband is 23. they are in a bad relationship. they are always fighting and hes always cheating and blowing money. they are on wic and just lost a car. and a couple of times had the water cut off. What is she thinking? how can i help her hmmmmm stop making babies? u know what i mean.
