Appendicitis or Stomach Flu?

Couple days ago I threw up twice. in the early morning i had chills and a fever and then threw up again twice the next day. then my chills went away. My right hip hurts and my upper leg hurts and it moves down to my right knee. Now I have a headache and I still have a low grade fever. I just had alittle diarrhea and feel like i could vomit again. I have nothing in my system cause I havent been in the mood for food. Ive been drinking water and serria mist. Whats wrong with me?
