I really wana move in with him??

i really really wana move in with my bf coz i am so happy with him..im getting my own place anyway but he says hes not ready..i thought he would feel the same way about me it kind of upsets me.why isnt he ready?hes 20 and still lives wiv parents.is it that he doesnt care about me.doesnt want to be with me?and how could i possibly convince him to move in with me the rent would be very affordable coz he earns over 4times what i do?
