What is the difference between Lutherans and Baptists (serious answers please)?

Lutherans are a branch off of Catholicism, and Baptists follow after the teachings of salvation and baptism, among other truths of the bible. I personally don't believe either believes all the teachings of the bible, but both of them would disagree with me. I grew up Methodist, then Baptist, but now have moved toward believing the whole bible.
