Major diet problems, and major help needed!PLZ?!?
The first question would be who is bringing the food into the house? Maybe ask the person who is in charge of the food to help you out by not bringing the temptation into the house. Try eating 5 to 6 small meals a day to boost your metabolism. (Make sure it's not junk food). This will also help over eating. Drink plenty of water. Start a cardio program for at least 30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. Don't go by distance go by time. 30 minutes. You can walk, jog, bicycle, skip rope, etc. Some light weight training is good too. It's good for muscle tone and muscle burns away at fat. You can try cutting out carbs for dinner as well. Good luck.
