Yes your father did breech your privacy, though if he was worried about you I can understand why he did it. He could not hack into the computer, he either had access or didn't. If it could be traced back to him, he will get into trouble. You have to ask yourself that if this leads to him being suspended or fired, can you live with that. I think you should have it out with him, but don't involve the hospital.
