Actually, no, you aren't a runaway. The law states that after the age of 12 years old, a child has the choice of who to live with. Or spend time with. Or see, period. I was in social services for 2 years, so I know this is true. They can't force you to spend time with one of your parents. Now, that doesn't mean you are allowed to spend the night at your boyfriend's house. Don't give more reason for your dad to do damage to your life by being able to backstab you with reasons such as that. Maybe you should contact the court and tell them what you want and ask for full custody to be given to your mom. You can do that. Tell them about the abusive behaviour of your dad.
