How would you define the act of a pap severing the umbilical cord during birth?

Pre-birth matching is highly coercive, even if the expectant mother makes herself believe it is all her own *choice*. Pre-birth matching should be outlawed, along with allowing PAPs in the hospital, anywhere near the delivering mother and her newborn. And for a PAP to insert herself in an expectant mother's pregnancy...signals to me that the PAP woman is trying to imprint herself as the Mother on a fetus gestating in another woman's uterus. I believe any PAP woman who engages in this type of behavior is highly delusional, self-serving and really needs to check herself. I feel sorry for the expectant mother who allows such sick behavior upon her and her fetus/newborn...these are all highly coercive means being practiced by the PAP...so as to try and insure that the expectant mother will feel obligated to the PAP and that the PAP herself will get the womb-fresh product she is paying thousands upon thousands of dollars for. To define this type of behavior is absolutely appalling!
