About taking vita e cap 1 daily.?

hi,i'm 20 i take vita e(400 ui)cap 1 daily,is it harmful for health n skin? i have some spots of pimples.will i apply on that vita e cap?or not, then what should i use for removal spots? please please answer who knows perfectly.
