My baby is still breech at 36 weeks?

hia i am 36 weeks tomrow and my baby is still breech just been to midwife today i have an appointment to go next tuesday to see if there is any improvment if not i have to go to the docs to discuss further options, i would rather have a c-section then for them to try and turn my baby round as my friend had complications and put me off has any one experinced this? and does anyone know when my c-section would be booked for before my due date or after? thanks x
