Why do you think that crime is somewhat expected and accepted?

it's expected because we believe it's inevitable. There are so many kinds of people out there who think differently and don't share the same morals. We accept that there are some people that do what ever possible to get what they want, it isn't much of a surprise to us anymore. That's why we have p codes and locks.
