Question about the origin and meaning of my grandmother's maiden name?

my grandmother's maiden name is introwitz, my grandmother now has alzheimers so i can't ask her about it but my grandpa always told me the introwitz name was bohemian czech but my aunt says it's german, i was wondering if any of you know what it really is and what is the meaning of it? i have looked everywhere and i can't find the origin/meaning of the name, thank you so much for answering.
