Need help on bankruptcy?

Im in Debt to much and i cant make repayments because i just do not have the money and i cant work a second job because im all so at tafe and i have bin think about declaring bankruptcy can any one help me on how to go about doing it and all so what will hap[p[en to my debt when i declare bankruptcy and do i have to make any repayment on my debt please help me
