My mom wants to move, opinions?

im a 15 year old kid who lives in PA, parents are separated but live fairly close. My mom wants to move down to virgina, i know a lot of people here and have a lot of memories, however the town i live in is pretty crappy and they're really nobody that cool who lives here, plus i've gotten bad rumors spread about me here, but im kinda worried that down in virgina might be just as dumb as here. my mom wants to move down to virgina with her boy friend (soon to be husband) but she said it's up to me, any opinions on what i should do? p.s. her boy friend can't sell his house and move here.
