I need need another opinion?

Okay, so there is this guy in my honours biology cl. All semester he was the kid in the cl that I'd love to hate. He'd eavesdrop on my conversations, he'd shush me during cl, he was super competitive, and he was always looking in my direction (but to be fair I sometimes lack volume control). He is friends with some of my friends, and sometimes in the halls he shows up out of no where interrupts my conversation with my friends to talk to them and completely ignores me! Hello rudeness! He always always ignored me (as far as conversations went) even in cl, I'm not sure if he ever said 2 words to me even if I directly asked him a question. If i ever visited my friends at their cles during spare and he was in that cl he'd seem to make excuses to hover around the area. A few of my cousins thinks he has a some kind of a crush on me...I dunno, what do you think? I don't like him in that way, I just want to know what I'm dealing with here and maybe how to deal with it?
