Hair dye catastrophe...?

I dyed my hair blue black, and I look like Dracula's waxworks bride. It's truly horrible, and I really don't know what to, as it was 'salon permanent'. I'd like to avoid bleaching if possible, but really I just want to have it go back to my normal very dark brown, just a bit more than a few shades up. Even my mum told me I looked 'sickly'. Help please...
