Do i have to stay here? what will the cops say?

im 16 years old and yesterday i was at court for a marijuana misdeameanor and the judge said i had to go live with my mom when i live with my dad. i would rather be locked up than at my moms house. i tried to tell the judge i was scared to be at her house because of her abusive boyfriend. he is incarcerated right now because i called the cops on him for breaking a no contact order wiyth my mom, she invited him in. the judge just said he isent to come too her house?! if i go to the police staion and tell them i would rather be locked up than at my moms house and i wont stay there, what will they do?
