First time mom solid feeding questions?

My son is 6 months old and has been on solids for 2 or 3 weeks now. He has an 8 ounce bottle every 6 hours. Up until now Ive been giving him about half a container of stage 1 gerber food for lunch and then another half close to bed time. The guide lines I read say he should have 1/4c of fruit and 1/4c of vegetables a day. If I give him the solids first (which I've been doing but a much smaller amount than the guidelines) I'm afraid he might not want all the bottle which I know is the most important part. If I give the bottle first and the solids later I would think he would be thirsty. So my questions are: When do you give solids? before or after a bottle? and if afterward do you give any drink to go along with it? I know he should have little to no juice a day. Sorry if this rambles alot I wasn't sure how to word my question.

I got braces, along with an expander and have a lisp now?

How long will I have a lisp? Is there a way to fix it! I absolutely hate it and I sounds extremely stupid when I talk now :(

Does he like me? Would it be weird in youth group?

We are in the same youth group so im not sure! He sings to me on car rides, we laugh and hug alot. He's very nosey about the guys I'm hanging around. He sat next to me the majority of the time in mexico not to mention I was his working partner. We constantly eat and drink after one another and he didnt deny us being bf gf when we arent. And he tells me what he's thinking and he's a jock so you know how often that happens. He's not gay I'm sure of this! What do you think, pls help!!
